►2022 Jun restarting of regeneration process;

►2023 Aug the re-sale of the Preference Shares will last until the last day of full activation of SIMICO PLC;
►2023 Nov SIMICO PLC was formed on the 17th of November, 2023
►2023 Nov the Silica Mining Group leading by Simico Plc was created;
►2023 Nov updates to the Share Re-Sale Offer where implemented with an Additional Redeemable Shares option;
